Adding to this, we offer an invitation into deeper mindfulness, intuitive calmness, and true sovereignty.
Inspired by Lemurian ideals, the ‘Hands Off’ movement stands as a call to reclaim personal sovereignty and inner clarity. While it emerged in response to shifts in our political landscape, its true power lies in its universal message: our inner peace, clarity, and personal freedom are inviolable, transcending any political arena or external control.
A vivid dream recently offered profound lessons illustrating the strength and wisdom of this inner stance—emphasizing the importance of not giving our power away in any form, especially amidst subtle manipulation and chaotic circumstances.
Dream Journey: Intuition and the Power of Improvisation
My dream began gently yet profoundly, with an unexpected opportunity to play the piano. Although knowing my way around the piano, I surprised myself, when I realized I could intuitively improvise alongside other musicians, despite not reading music. The message felt clear: trusting inner guidance and intuitive flow is powerful, even when conventional knowledge or formal training is lacking. This beautiful improvisation symbolized the strength of mindful presence and authentic self-expression—core principles deeply aligned with Lemurian wisdom.
Belonging and the Symbolism of Sovereignty
Following this intuitive experience, I attended a religious event with the musicians, rooted in my background. Although I’d been disconnected from this faith, I was warmly welcomed, feeling genuinely recognized and invited into belonging. Later, at a celebratory gathering , I suddenly found myself standing beside a king and queen from another country. Unlike others who were awestruck by their status, I felt neutral—calmly sovereign and unimpressed by the pomp, ceremony and their external power and status. Reflecting, I sensed this symbolic encounter represented the divine masculine and feminine aspects of true inner sovereignty. The dream seemed prophetic, reminding me—and all of us—not to surrender our innate sovereignty to external authorities or to any perceived power, no matter how grand.
Feeling subtly uncomfortable with the hierarchical awe surrounding the royal couple, I decided to discreetly leave early—unknowingly sparing myself from a horrific massacre that followed shortly after. Trusting my intuitive discomfort allowed me to avoid a devastating fate, powerfully demonstrating the necessity of honoring intuitive signals over social expectations or hierarchical pressure.
Recognizing and Resisting Manipulative Distractions
In my attempt to escape the aftermath, individuals involved in perpetrating the massacre pursued me relentlessly. Along my escape route, a seductive young man tried to purposefully distract and delay me, symbolizing manipulative emotional interference (and the dangers of seductive avoidance). Remaining mindful and clear, I immediately recognized his intentions and calmly moved past him, demonstrating again the power of Lemurian calmness and sovereign discernment.
Facing Fear with Mindful Calmness
Eventually, my dream led me into a dark, impoverished alley, where children dangerously played with real guns amidst a backdrop of gang warfare. Instinctively fearful, and with my pursuers gaining on me, I felt an urge to pick up a discarded weapon for self-defense. However, clearly guided by my inner Lemurian Starchild, I chose not to be manipulated, trusting calm mindfulness, consciously rejecting societal conditioning (from films galore) and fear-based impulses. Later captured by the violent bandits living there, my weaponless state ultimately proved my innocence, literally saving my life. Had I surrendered to fear, my actions would have falsely identified me as their enemy.
Throughout this dream sequence my guidance whispered “stay calm, just breathe, just notice” - the same as when I had my real literal life and death health crisis in 2019, the brain haemorrhage.
Deeper Symbolism: The Prophetic Call to Sovereignty
Reflecting on these powerful dream symbols revealed a prophetic teaching—especially relevant in our current polarising environment: never give your power away, whether through awe of authority, societal conformity, perceived lack of skill or learning, manipulative distractions and seductive patterns of avoidance, or life and death situations evoking fear-based reactivity. This powerful dream message resonates deeply with Lemurian principles, gently urging us into deeper intuitive clarity, gnostic sovereignty, Trust and mindful presence.
The Lemurian Message: Calmness and Sovereignty Amidst Polarization
In our current global context, political, economic and social policies and narratives intentionally trigger intense emotional reactions, aiming to compromise our clarity, peace, and inner sovereignty. The wisdom of Lemuria, mirrored somewhat in the ‘Hands Off’ movement, invites us into taking our rightful, truly, sovereign stance, rather than being a bystander, and to go deeper with it, into grounded mindfulness—recognizing these manipulations for what they are, yet calmly holding firm to our loving, heart-based, sovereign and boundaries inner truth and clarity.
By practicing mindful presence, calm discernment, and intuitive listening—like the improvisation at the piano—we maintain sovereignty even amidst external chaos. This inner clarity allows us not only to resist emotional manipulation but also to thoughtfully and powerfully uphold democratic freedoms, equality and the truthful debate of rigorously researched and evidence backed information, as well as individual rights to authentic identity and expression.
Embodying Lemurian Wisdom Today
Through embodying Lemurian mindfulness, we become profoundly effective agents of peace and clarity within our communities. By consciously choosing to remain calm, grounded, open-hearted, trusting and intuitively sovereign, we empower ourselves and others to hear the subtle voice of sacred guidance clearly amidst external noise and distractions.
My dream was not just a personal revelation but also an invitation to each of us to reclaim our inner power fully. Recognizing massive external attempts at manipulation, choosing sovereignty over fear, and embracing intuitive flow above external authorities aligns us deeply with Lemurian ideals of harmonious coexistence and profound inner wisdom.
May we courageously embody this deeper sovereignty, gently yet clearly saying:
“Hands off our peace. Hands off our minds. Hands off our freedom.”
